On Day 2 of the new diet, I decided to make some blueberry muffins...only 2 Points each! How could I go wrong? Well, I didn't realize that "fat free" somehow translates "gross on the inside." They were cooked enough, but the insides just seemed to have no flavor; I couldn't do it. Even a small bit of butter didn't help! I picked off the crispy muffin tops and bottoms of two muffins, called it one collectively, and wrote down my 2 Points. Lesson learned.
Leaving popcorn still as my number one breakfast of choice!
enjoy the experiment...but always have a backup plan!
